Supplier Assignment
Your order is assigned to a supplier in our network for delivery.
Delivery Details
An email will confirm the delivery date and include a contact number for the local supplier.
Dump Truck Delivery
Materials are brought by dump truck to the driveway or the location you specify on the property.
Delivery Day Checklist
Before the Truck Arrives
- Make space at the spot where the material will be unloaded
- For dump truck access, provide a 12-foot-wide path free of low branches and wires.
- Identify the unloading spot using a cone, flag, or other clear marker
- You do NOT have to be present, provided access is open and unloading directions are left
- Keep your phone nearby, as the driver may call or text for confirmation.
When the Truck Arrives
- Questions about where to unload will be handled by call or text from the driver
- The material will be unloaded in one pile at the location you specified
- The usual drop point is the driveway or reachable ground alongside it
- Plan for the delivery to take about 10-15 minutes

Must I be home when my order arrives?
No. Leave a clear route and provide directions for the dump location. The driver will unload the material where directed.
What order size is available?
Order any quantity, from a single ton through a full multi-ton load. Enter the project size in the calculator, or tell us what is needed and we will prepare the load.
Can material be dumped in my backyard?
For safe unloading, a dump truck needs level, unobstructed ground. Backyard delivery is possible when a truck can reach it; otherwise, the driveway or an area beside the street is the standard location.
What if my quantity is too high or too low?
Use the calculator to help determine the needed amount. If more is required, place a new order. For cancellations, review our refund policy.
Are weekend deliveries available?
At this time, delivery is available on weekdays only (Monday through Friday). Choose your preferred date during checkout.
Which confirmation details will I get?
An email with the order and delivery details is sent immediately. We will also get in touch to verify the delivery date and share the supplier's contact information.
What happens if a truck cannot reach my property?
Dump trucks need a clear 12-foot-wide route without low branches or overhead wires. When the site is inaccessible, the driver will unload as near as safely possible. Reach out before ordering if you are concerned about access.
